Contract agreement violation
I'm tried of paying $35 for valet trash service my trash has been on this container since Monday ,in a close trash liner ... these guys too lazy to come up stairs and get the trash,I had reported it t to the off staff Ms.Nel and called the company my self only to find out no one has been reporting this issue this is apart of the lease agreement I pay they are to provide a service, but that's not happening. (2) why are we paying for the gate system another lease agreement not being followed, these gates stay down 70 percent of the time. No lie Isn't that a breach of contract,(3) why are we receiving the Utility, be out after the rent is paid. That should be a violation as well.\n And what is the storm water charge for no one's explained that we're getting all these different charges and no explanation that was not a part of the agreement. And this is the second time I've seen it on the bill.. When we ask for the main office number will totally go to the website.There is no number on the website to contact the property management that own this property. As a tenant, I feel that we should be heard about all concerns that's going on on the property so that it can be better taken care of in a timely manner.What are any attitude from staff. I thought the trash people weren't supposed to come into the patios. Well I had some boxes and a basket with some cans and ... bottles in it and they took everything out. I want to keep the basket. But they took it without my consent. I told them the last time when they came on my patio to please stop. I put the trash on the outside of the gate. They still keep coming into my patio.
